Sunday-Thursday $385 per night

Friday-Saturday - Holidays $425 per night

Check-In/Out Policies

On the day of arrival
I will meet you at the treehouse to give you keys and basic instructions on how to operate the features of the property. Here we can discuss any questions or concerns. We are always available by phone if you have any questions.

•          Check-in:3:00pm

 Even though check-in is at 3:00 pm, we will notify you when the treehouse is prepared for your stay so you can enjoy it as soon as possible. Please contact us at (636) 221-2463 to arrange your time if you expect to arrive late. The latest check-in is 6:00 pm. Check-out time is 11 a.m.

•          Check-out – 11:00 am.  Please notify us upon departure to complete transactions and settle the bill. I can meet you at the treehouse to collect the keys. A walkthrough will be done upon departure. If no damage is found your deposit will be released on the same day.

• Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance of scheduled arrival will be fully refunded. Cancellations made during the week of arrival up to 3 days in advance will be refunded 50% of booking fees. Cancellations made less than 3 days before the reservation will receive no refund.

FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH ANY POLICIES, RULES, AND GUIDELINES MAY RESULT IN YOUR STAY BEING TERMINATED IMMEDIATELY WITH NO REFUND AND FUTURE RESERVATIONS BEING CANCELED.
