Sunday-Thursday $350 per night

Friday-Saturday - Holidays $385 per night

Check-In/Out Policies

On the day of arrival I will call you to pick a time
to meet you at the treehouse. I’ll hand you the key and give you a short introduction to the treehouse.

• Standard  Check-in:3:00pm

 Even though check-in is at 3:00 pm, we will notify you when the treehouse is prepared for your stay so you can enjoy it as soon as possible. Please contact us at (636) 221-2463 as soon as possible if your schedule changes. The latest check-in is 6:00 pm. Promptness is necessary.

•  Check-out – 11:00 am.  Please text us upon departure. We will come down and turn over the treehouse as soon as you leave.

A walkthrough will be done upon departure. If no damage is found your deposit will be released on the same day. Deposits will be applied to the room charges if no damage is assessed. If damage is assessed a deposit of 350.00 will be forfeited in addition to the room rental charges, and the cost of replacing items damaged or missing. If litigation ensues additional legal and filing fees will be applied.

• Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance of scheduled arrival will be fully refunded. Cancellations made 6 to 3 days in advance will be refunded 50% of booking fees. Cancellations made less than 3 days before the reservation will receive no refund.

FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH ANY POLICIES, RULES, AND GUIDELINES MAY RESULT IN YOUR STAY BEING TERMINATED IMMEDIATELY WITH NO REFUND AND FUTURE RESERVATIONS BEING CANCELED.
